Bought a car last week from this garage, and having had a car that was quite expensive to run and had had a fair few problems, I was looking for something cheap but reliable. I found I&B and saw that they had an array of cars, including a few “run around”. One specifically caught my eye and was in what looked like good condition, an oldish Suzuki Swift. We went to the garage unannounced and were immediately greeted by the owner who kindly moved about 5 cars around so that we could take the Suzuki for a test drive. Everything went super smoothly, and after a little thought, we decided to go ahead. Even though the MOT on the car was in date, a new one was done two days later and I was able to pick it up the day after. This was a week ago. Yesterday, after having the car for a week, I drove twice and attempted to head out a third time. Unfortunately, when I tried to start the car the third time, I couldn’t even open the car without putting the key in the door. No dash lights and the car wouldn’t start. Attempted to jump the battery to no avail. Immediately messaged I&B to let them know, and despite it being after office hours, they got back in touch and assured me they would look further into it in the morning. This morning, I received a message that I could take the car in and they would fix the problem. I reiterated that I couldn’t even start the car and that I would need to tow it. They immediately called me and asked if they could come to my residence to look at the car, to which I responded yes. They turned up, the owner and a coworker, and managed to jump the battery. One of them drove my car back to the garage for me, meaning I didn’t need to pay for towing. I was quoted a couple of days which I was more than okay with. However, within 3 hours I had my car back, delivered by them to my home with a new battery and invoice for the cost - none of which I had to pay as they did it under warranty. I was impressed with the garage when I bought the car, but I was incredibly appreciative of the way they handled the issue I’ve had and how efficiently they did it. The business clearly run by a trustworthy couple who are down to earth and take customer satisfaction very seriously. I asked if the car had a timing belt replaced and the seller without prompt changed it himself to ensure it was done. I highly recommend buying a car here

Great little dealership in Newark. They were very patient with my finance application and understood all my needs. The car is great and I would highly recommend. If you’ve had finance rejected elsewhere this might be a good choice for you. Deposit paid Wednesday and drove the car home Saturday. Finance was applied for Saturday morning and all done by lunch time. Picked up the car after work on Saturday and the team even came back to open up to let me fetch it . Thank you to the whole team there for your service. If you need anything don’t be afraid to ask them. They’ll understand trust me.

Update: my v5c arrived today with the name spelt completely wrong so if you do get a car from here make sure they double check there work

Such a fabulous car dealership ,went to look ,found a car ,drove it home the same day and they paid good money for my old car .
Found one of the tyres had a nail in but when they were notified it was fixed within a couple of hours .
